description: VESICARE TABLET is an antimuscarinic containing Solifenacin Succinate. This drug is used as a symptomatic therapy for urinary incontinence (uncontrolled urination) and/or increased frequency of urination and urgency to urinate in patients with symptoms of an overactive bladder. Solifenacin Succinate works by inhibiting muscarinic receptors which results in decreased bladder contractions, increased residual urine volume, and decreased detrusor muscle pressure. When using this medication, you must ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS.
