description: VELACOM PLUS TABLET is a combination anti-diabetic drug consisting of Metformin (an oral anti-diabetic from the biguanide group) and Glimepiride (an oral anti-diabetic from the sulfonylurea group). This drug is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. Velacom Plus is used with diet and exercise, to treat Type 2 DM when the use of glimepiride or metformin alone does not produce adequate glycemic control. This drug is also used as a replacement for combination therapy with glimepiride and metformin. When using this medicine, you MUST ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS. Purchasing this drug requires education regarding the appropriate and safe use or consumption of the drug which will incur a fee.

how_to_use: Take with food: immediately before or during meals. The tablet is swallowed whole without chewing and drunk at the same time with enough water.
