description: Twynsta contains a combination of the active substances Telmisartan 80 mg and Amlodipine 10 mg. Twynsta is an antihypertensive drug combining angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) and calcium channel blocker (CCB). The use of the drug Twynsta to lower blood pressure can also reduce the risk of fatal and non-fatal reactions from cardiovascular disease, especially stroke and myocardial infarction (heart attack). When using this medication, you must ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS.
