description: TRAJENTA TABLET is an antihyperglycemic drug containing Linagliptin 5 mg. This drug is used to control glucose levels in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM) patients who are intolerant to Metformin. Trajenta works by binding to DPP-4 which causes an increase in incretin levels. Trajenta causes increased insulin secretion and reduced glucagon secretion, thereby improving homeostasis of the body's glucose levels. When using this medication, you must ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS.
