description: TEOSAL TABLET is a bronchodilator drug with the composition of Salbutamol and Theophylline. Salbutamol is a compound that selectively stimulates B-2 adrenergic receptors in bronchial muscles. Theophylline is a methylxanthine derivative which has effects including stimulating the central nervous system and relaxing smooth muscles, especially the bronchi. composition: Each tablet contains:
Salbutamol sulfate 1.2 mg is equivalent to Salbutamol 1 mg

Side effects that may occur when using the drug are:
- At the recommended dose, no serious side effects were found.
- In large doses it can cause fine tremors in skeletal muscles, palpitations, tachycardia, headaches.
- Symptoms that may arise are stomach disorders such as nausea, vomiting.
- In children that can occur: hematemesis, CNS stimulation-diaphoresis and fever.
- Hypersensitivity reactions: angioedema, urticaria, bronchospasm, hypotension, and collapse have been reported but are rare.
- Hypokalemia.

Warning: MUST BE WITH A DOCTOR'S PRESCRIPTION.
- Use caution in patients with hyperthyroidism, heart disease and severe hypertension.
- Be careful when using it in people with liver disease, epilepsy and lactation, pregnant women, children under 6 years old, people over 55 years old, especially men and in people with chronic lung disease.
- Do not give it together with drugs from the Beta-blocker group.
- Be careful when administering to hypoxemia.
- Urinary retention can occur in sufferers of prostatic hypertrophy.
- May irritate the gastrointestinal tract.
