SOLDEXTAM contains Dexamethasone and Dexchlorpheniramine maleate. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid anti-inflammatory drug which plays a role in reducing or suppressing inflammation and allergic processes that occur in the body. This drug is used to relieve inflammation and allergic reactions in the form of itching on the skin, dermatitis, bronchial asthma, and so on. Dexchlorpeniramine maleate is an allergy medication which is an antihistamine with anticholinergic and sedative properties. Dexchlorpheniramine works by inhibiting the effects of histamine so that various allergic reactions can be reduced. When using this drug, you must ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS.
