Methylprednisolone works by penetrating cell membranes to form a steroid-protein receptor complex. In the cell nucleus, this steroid-protein receptor complex will bind to DNA chromatin and stimulate mRNA transcription which is part of the protein synthesis process. When using this medicine, you MUST ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS.
