side_effects: CNS effects (e.g. drowsiness, dizziness), blurred vision, Na and fluid retention, new onset or exacerbation of hypertension, hyperkalemia, liver function abnormalities (e.g. increased transaminase levels), renal impairment (e.g. increased BUN, edema), decreased platelet aggregation, prolonged bleeding time, anemia; can mask signs of infection; photosensitivity (topical).

Patients with a history of gastrointestinal disease (e.g. ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease); SLE, mixed connective tissue disease, uncontrolled hypertension, pre-existing ischemic heart disease, recent myocardial infarction, mild to moderate heart failure, peripheral arterial disease, cerebrovascular disease, risk factors for CV disease (e.g. hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, smoking ), coagulation disorders, other forms of asthma, edema, cirrhosis, nephrosis. Not indicated for long-term use. Kidney and liver disorders. Elderly and frail patients. Pregnancy (1-2 trimester) and breastfeeding. Concomitant use of other NSAIDs, corticosteroids, antiplatelets, and anticoagulants.
