how_to_use: With or without food.
Extended-release tablets: Should be taken with food. Do not split/crush/chew.

Patients with diabetes, impaired respiratory function, respiratory or neurological disease, CHF, history of drug abuse, history of episodes of angioedema. The patient is taking a CNS depressant.
