description: PANTOPRAZOLE 20 MG TABLET is a Proton Pump Inibitor (PPI) drug which is used to relieve symptoms of increased stomach acid such as stomach ulcers and symptoms of gastric acid reflux. Pantoprazole works by inhibiting the cells in the stomach lining from producing stomach acid, so that stomach acid production is reduced. By reducing stomach acid, wounds (ulcers) in the stomach and erosion of the esophagus can be prevented or healing accelerated. When using this medication, you must ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS. how_to_use: Tablets should not be chewed or crushed and should be swallowed whole with water, 1 hour before meals.

side_effects: Blood and lymphatic system: leukopenia, thrombocytopenia.
Gastrointestinal disorders: upper abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, nausea/vomiting, dry mouth.
