The anti-inflammatory contained is Fludrocortisone Acetate which has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and anti-itch effects. Meanwhile, the analgesic is LIdocaine HCl, which is an anesthetic to reduce ear pain. When using this medication, you must ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS.
