Polymyxin B Suphate and Neomycin Sulphate are broad spectrum antibiotics that are active against various microorganisms, namely Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Enterobacter sp., Neisseria sp. Fludrocortisone Acetate has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and anti-pruritic properties. Lidocaine HCl is an effective local anesthetic for reducing pain in ear infections. This drug is used to treat acute and chronic otitis externa caused by bacteria that are sensitive to Polymyxin and Neomycin Sulphate.
