Patients with untreated CHF, ischemic heart disease; pulse < 50-55 bpm ; peripheral circulatory disorders (Reynaud's disease or syndrome, intermittent claudication); 1st degree heart block; variant angina; may mask certain symptoms of hypoglycemia; hyperthyroidism ; COPD ; history of psoriasis; rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose galatose malabsorption. May cause dizziness & fatigue when driving or operating machinery. Pregnancy and breastfeeding. Teen . Elderly > 75 years.
