Symptomatic treatment of acute rhinosinusitis in a 12-year-old patient with no signs or symptoms of severe bacterial infection. Nasal polyps & associated symptoms including congestion & loss of smell in an 18 yr patient. Adjuvant therapy with antibiotics for acute episodes of sinusitis in adults & adolescents 12 yrs. When using this medicine, you MUST ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS. Should not be used in recent rhinoplasty or trauma. Signs of bacterial infection (fever, persistent unilateral facial/dental pain, orbital or periorbital facial swelling or worsening of symptoms after initial improvement). Pregnancy & lactation. Children & teenagers <18 years.
