how_to_use: Given after meals.
side_effects: Dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation, bloating, diarrhea, esophagitis, gastroduodenal ulcer. Increased trasaminase, bilirubin, creatinine and serum urine. Pruritus, skin rash, stomatitis, urticaria, photosensitization. Anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia. Edema, increased BP, palpitations, acute asthma, lightheadedness, dizziness, vertigo, tinnitus, drowsiness.

History of upper GI disorders, antihemostatic therapy. Peptic ulcer or GI bleeding (discontinue administration). Patients with decreased blood flow to the kidneys, for example in dhydration, congestive renal failure, liver cirrhosis, nephrotic syndrome, kidney disease, diuretic therapy. The dose should not be > 7.5 mg per day in patients with advanced renal failure on hemodialysis. Increased serum transaminases. Patients with physical weakness (debilitated), elderly. Pregnancy, lactation.
