composition: Fosfomycin Trometamol 3 g

how_to_use: Dissolve one sachet in a glass of water (50-75 ml) or other favorite drink that does not contain alcohol and give it immediately after dissolving.
It is best given on an empty stomach, before going to bed after urinating.
side_effects: Rare (<1:1000) Tachycardia
Rare (<1:100) Paraesthesia, Abdominal pain, vomiting, Rash, Urticaria, Pruritus

- If you are hypersensitive to the active substance or additional substances of this drug
- Patients with renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <80 ml/min)
- Diarrhea related to Clostridioides difficile bacteria
