how_to_use: Can be consumed with or without food. Drink at the same time every day, preferably in the morning. Swallow whole, do not chew/crush/split.

side_effects: Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomatitis, stomach ache, dry mouth, indigestion, oropharyngeal pain, gastroenteritis, dysgeusia, vertigo, headache, insomnia, Bone marrow suppression (e.g. neutropenia, anemia, lymphopenia, thrombocytopenia), toxicity hepatobiliary (e.g. increased ALT and/or AST), QT prolongation (concentration dependent). Blood and lymphatic system disorders: Leucopenia, febrile neutropenia.

Warning: Patients with QTc prolongation or significant risk factors for developing QTc prolongation (e.g. electrolyte abnormalities, long QT syndrome; uncontrolled or significant cardiac disease, including recent MI, CHF, unstable angina and bradyrhythmias). Start treatment only in patients with QTcF values ������<450 milliseconds. Not recommended for use with tamoxifen. Patients taking strong CYP3A4 inhibitors concomitantly. Severe kidney disorders and moderate to severe liver disorders.
