description: JARDIANCE DUO contains emplaglifozin and metformin. Jardiance duo is used for the treatment of type 2 DM as an adjunct to diet and exercise in patients who cannot control glycemia with the maximum (tolerable) dose of metformin alone; patients who are being treated with a combination of empagliflozin & metformin in separate tablets. When using this medication, you must ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS.
