Dexamethasone is a glucocorticoid anti-inflammatory drug which plays a role in reducing or suppressing inflammation and allergic processes that occur in the body. This drug works by suppressing neutrophil migration, reducing the production of inflammatory mediators, reversing increased capillary permeability, and suppressing the immune response. This drug is used to reduce inflammation in several conditions, such as allergic rhinitis reactions, rheumatic arthritis, autoimmune diseases, arthritis, suppression of inflammation and allergic disorders, Cushing's disease, adrenal hyperplasia, and so on. When using this medication, you must ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS.
