description: CONCOR AM 5mg/5mg Tablets contain the active ingredients Bisoprolol Fumarate and Amlodipine Besilate. Bisoprolol Fumarate belongs to the group of beta receptor blocking drugs which works by influencing the response to nerve impulses in parts of the body thereby reducing blood pressure and pressure on the heart. Meanwhile, Amlodipine is a calcium antagonist drug which works by inhibiting the influx of calcium ions in active cell membranes. In addition, Amlodipine is able to relax the walls of blood vessels, thereby improving blood flow to the heart and reducing blood pressure. When using this medication, you must ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS.
