description: CLOZAPIN is a Benzisoxazole derivative antipsychotic. Clozapine is used to treat mental disorders such as schizophrenia and psychosis in Parkinson's disease in patients who do not respond to or are intolerant to conventional antipsychotic drugs. This drug works by blocking natural chemical receptors in the brain, including dopamine, histamine and serotonin receptors.
