Potentially Fatal: Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, fulminant hepatic necrosis, agranulocytosis, aplastic anemia, and other blood dyscrasias.

Use with caution in patients w/ low endothelial cell count. Severe liver and kidney disorders (CrCl <30 mL/minute), pregnant and breastfeeding women.
