how_to_use: BUDESMA must be administered from a suitable nebulizer. The suitable content for most nebulizers is 2-4 ml.
Some sedimentation may occur during storage of BUDESMA. If it is not easily resuspended completely after shaking, the medication should be discarded.

side_effects: Hoarseness, pain, mild throat irritation, tongue & mouth irritation, dry mouth, oral candidiasis; cough.

Warning: Cannot be used to quickly relieve bronchospasm & is not suitable as sole therapy in the treatment of status asthmaticus or other acute exacerbations of asthma where intensive action is required. Decreased bone density, cataracts, glaucoma, retarded growth rate in children. Monitor for symptoms of adrenal dysfunction. Not for use as a long-term treatment in children. An initial reduction in growth rate in the first year of treatment may occur in children. Patients should be titrated to the lowest effective dose. Can fool some signs of existing infections & new infections may appear. Severe liver dysfunction. Pregnant.
