description: APROVEL 150 MG TABLET is an antihypertensive drug that contains Irbesartan, which is an ARB (Angiotensin Receptor Blocker). This drug works by blocking the vasoconstrictive and aldosterone secretion effects of angiotensin II by binding to the AT1 receptor. This drug is indicated for essential hypertension, to reduce micro & macro-albuminuria in hypertension patients with and/or diabetic nephropathy caused by NIDDM. When using this medication, you must ACCORD TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS.
